Depends. There are many factors that go into this decision. A few factors we look at are the size and usage of the second residence. Double wide mobile homes are allowed with additional standards such as wheels/tongues removed, masonry underpinning, and a 32 sq. ft. masonry landing at each door. For more information or questions about these requirements contact our Planning Department.
