Mayor Fleta A. Byrd has declared a State of Emergency for the Town of Wilson’s Mills effective Friday, January 30, 2026 at 5:00pm due to an approaching winter storm expected to bring snow, strong winds, hazardous road conditions, and possible power outages. This declaration will remain in effect until modified or rescinded. The Johnston County Emergency Management Plan is now in effect.
