The Town of Wilson’s Mills is pleased to announce the adoption of its Strategic Plan for Fiscal Years 2025–26 through 2030–31. This milestone follows the publication of the draft plan and a Public Hearing held on November 17, 2025, where residents were invited to review and provide input on the Town’s long-term vision.
The Strategic Plan was formally approved by the Town Council, whose leadership and guidance shaped the priorities and direction of this comprehensive roadmap. Designed to respond to the needs and opportunities within our growing community, the plan identifies four key focus areas that will guide the Town’s efforts and resource allocation over the next five years.
This Strategic Plan outlines the Town’s areas of strategic emphasis and charts a clear path forward—ensuring that Wilson’s Mills continues to thrive, strengthen its services, and enhance quality of life for all residents.
