The Town of Wilson’s Mills, a growing rural community in Johnston County, is currently seeking a qualified and motivated professional to serve as its full-time, on-site Human Resources Director. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing HR policies and procedures, managing employee relations, coordinating performance management, and ensuring compliance with all applicable labor and employment laws. The Director will also support strategic planning initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.
Candidates must have a minimum of a high school diploma and at least five years of progressively responsible experience in human resources. An associate or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred, and previous experience in government is a plus.
